3-5 BR Rentals: If you are booking 3-5 bedrooms you will be the only guest at the property. Casa Corona does not allow more than one rental party at one time.
FEES
Additional fees that may be incurred by the renter

- Booking Fee: 3% Booking fee applied to all transactions

- Wedding or Special Event: $1,200 For up to 50 guests.

- Additional Guest Fee: $75 per person, per day. Additional guests may be considered when pre-arranged with the owner.

- Same Day Changeover/Express Cleaning: $250. If you are checking in or out on any day marked half red on the calendar.

- Short Stay (less than 5 nights): $350. Short stays may or may not be considered on a case by case basis, depending on availability.
- Early/Late Check-In: Early or late check in may be arranged upon request. Dependent on availability, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us directly with your request
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Extra accommodations are available upon request, including private chef, airport transfer, spa services at the villa and more. These options become available after you begin the booking process. Each service fee will be determined by amount of service/items needed and length of use. By checking the box beside each service, you are alerting us to your needs and agreeing to pay the associated fees prior to your checkout date.
